How We Execute
Every Transaction

A structured, accountable process from first contact to final delivery — designed to minimise risks and optimise outcomes in international commodity trade.

01

Initial Inquiry

You submit your commodity requirements — type, volume, origin preferences, delivery timeline, and budget parameters.

02

Needs Assessment

Our commercial team reviews your requirements and schedules a discovery call to clarify specifications and assess market conditions.

03

Compliance Screening

Before any commercial engagement we screen all parties against the international sanctions lists and run anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer checks (OFAC, AML and KYC).

04

Sourcing & Quoting

We engage our verified supplier network to obtain competitive offers, verify product specifications, and prepare a formal proposal.

05

Contract Execution

We structure the commercial agreement, negotiate INCOTERMS, payment instruments, and inspection requirements, then execute on behalf of both parties.

06

Delivery & Settlement

Full logistics coordination, documentation management, and payment settlement. We remain accountable until the commodity is delivered and all obligations are fulfilled.
